[R-sig-Geo] rgdal release candidate 1.5-9 rev. 1000 ready for testing

Dear list members,

Sorry for the confusion, but with all these suggestions, what is the way to
have the updated versions of the external
software GEOS, PROJ, and GDAL for macOS users.
