[R-sig-Geo] Trouble installing rgdal

Roger,

Thank you so much; after downloading the *.tar.gz file, the that did the
trick, using:

sudo R CMD INSTALL --configure-args=--with-proj_api="proj_api.h"
rgdal_1.5-13.tar.gz
