[R-sig-Geo] CSV with Geometry Column to SF object

For what it's worth, Edzer's reproducible example worked just fine for me
and did not throw the error described.

I'm using R version 3.6.0 (2019-04-26) -- "Planting of a Tree" on a Mac.
