Dear Thierry,
Thank you for your reply. I wonder whether it would be possible to do
something with zero-inflated models of type 0: see
http://www.math.ntnu.no/inla/r-inla.org/doc/likelihood/zeroinflated.pdf,
first equation on page 1.
