Dear all, plotting graphs with given vertex coordinates is possible inside igraph plot function. I would like to transform vilsualized edges into SpatialLinesDataFrame, so that they could be exported in .shp file... Any suggestion? thanks in advance, Luca [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
