[R-sig-Geo] I can not install the package RHydro on my computer (windows)

Hello,

I want to know how to install the package RHydro  in R (3.2) ( computer with
windows system)

I try this in R : 

> install.packages("RHydro", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")


Installing package into ‘C:/Users/sadaoui/Documents/R/win-library/3.2’
(as ‘lib’ is unspecified)
Warning in install.packages :
  dependency ‘lhs’ is not available
also installing the dependency ‘qualV’

Packages which are only available in source form, and may need compilation
of C/C++/Fortran: ‘qualV’ ‘RHydro’
  These will not be installed
