[R-sig-Geo] supplying multiple coordinates to shortestPath

Hi Pascal,
It doesn't like that you are finding the path from coordmat[2,] to itself.
This works, though:

shortestPath(tr, coordmat[2,], coordmat[c(1,3),], output='SpatialLines')
