Hi

I'm looking for data from Applied Spatial Data Analysis with R. In 
particular, I'm trying to run the examples in Chapter 7, on point 
processes and I'm looking for the asthma data. I am hoping to run try out 
the whole chapter. Is this data still available somewhere?
