[R-sig-Geo] spatial distribution of two species and nest design

Dear Forum members, I was trying to find a thread to solve problem using
"spatstat" but it will not be possible without getting help from help. My
research question? Is species "A" occupancy is dependent on nest design only
or interaction of other species "B". I got a data set where about 200 nest
of 4 different designs were erected in a random pattern of a square block
about 3 km apart from each other. I would like to test whether species "A"
prefer a particular design and how it related to distribution of other
species "B". Will highly appreciated any suggestions. Best regards Lutfor
