[R-sig-Geo] How to define +towgs84 based on LCL TO WGS84 definitions

Hello
I have a list of coordinates written in local grid ITM (Israel Tarns
Mercator). The coordinates were manually recorded from a Magellan GPS
device. The
GPS device was using this kind of datum definition: LCL TO WGS84 DELTA A,
DELTA F (X 10,000), DELTA X, DELTA Y, DELTA Z. I want to write a proj
definition to convert these coordinates back to WGS84 lat/lon coordinates.
How do I use these parameters in the "+towgs84=" string?. I know that the
first 3 parameters are translation parameters: delta z, delta y, delta z but
then there are 3
rotation parameters and one scaling parameter while in the GPS definition
there are additional 2 translation parameters: delta A and delta F.
Thank you.
