[R-sig-Geo] Package "genalg". Function "rbga.bin"

I am using the "genalg" Package (Function rgba.bin)
(http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/genalg/genalg.pdf) for some
calculations in R. For me it isn't very clear, how to set the
"zeroToOneRatio" for the "rbga.bin" function. Does anybody has some
suggestions for me?
