[R-sig-Geo] FOSS4G Conference programme announced

Readers of r-sig-geo might be interested in the conference programme
for FOSS4G (Free/Open Source Software for Geospatial) 2013 in
Nottingham later this year. The provisional list of talks is online

There's a couple of talks that involve R (I have to write mine) and
plenty of other stuff to get your geo-teeth into.

Early-bird registration lasts until the end of the month. Will be
great to meet up with a few R-sig-geo people there!
