install.views("SpatioTemporal", coreOnly=TRUE)

with coreOnly=FALSE to get the lot. That is part of the idea of Task 
Views (and is documented, see the foot of 
http://cran.r-project.org/web/views/; does anyone nowadays read what we 
document?).
