Please always state which package(s) you have used, and which versions -
that is the output of sessionInfo(). Assuming that you may mean ggwr() in
spgwr, these are not provided as there is no established way of knowing
what the effective degrees of freedom are.
In general, unless you are basing your understanding of GWR on Paez et al.
2011, your work should be desk rejected by any reputable journal, so
asking whether the GWR coefficients are significant is an unusual
question, because nobody knows what significance means in this context.
