[R-sig-Geo] Error in .gd_SetProject(transient, crs(r))

I think this has been fixed in the development version, which I will
release this week.
You can download and try this version from here:
http://r-forge.r-project.org/R/?group_id=294
Or: install.packages("raster", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")
