[R-sig-Geo] modified t-test using SpatialPack for correlation

I have it working also, not a problem installing and running the
examples. However, if you run into trouble, you can still try a modttest
package that I produced xome time ago based upon some existing code by
Pierre Legendre (it will handle as many variables as you want at the
same time, as many coordinates, and also longitude-latitude coordinates
-- but I think it is somewhat slower than the SpatialPack version).
