Hi,
Has anyone successfully implemented BBMM package using long distance bird migration data on continental scale?
It works for data from small areas, but not for continental scale.
Best,
Nyamba

Subject: [R-sig-Geo] conversion of ascii grid (or SpatialPixelsDataFrame) to adehabitatHR::estUD-class
Hi List,
I have a series of ascii grid files representing home range probability
distribution functions. The home ranges were calculated in various R
packages (adehabitat, bbmm, ks) and I would like generate volume indices
(PHR, VI, BA) for them using Clement Calenge's kerneloverlaphr function in
adehabitatHR. Does anyone know how to convert an ascii grid (or
SpatialPixelsDataFrame) to an object of class adehabitatHR::estUD-class
("estUDm")?
Thanks in advance,
Andy
