[R-sig-Geo] How to make directional h-scatterplots

you can pass the alpha, beta, tol.hor and tol.ver parameters to hscat,
who will pass it on to variogram(). The problem is that the alpha
parameter, when set, is also passed to xyplot() and messes up the plot
there - I will choose a different name for that one.
