[R-sig-Geo] rgdal install fails (following GDAL building from source)

Yes, there was a gdalplugins folder in /usr/lib/, containing
ogr_GRASS.so. I removed the whole folder, but unfortunatley, the same
error is appearing on compilation of rgdal.
