[R-sig-Geo] RPyGeo Problem

All,

I am having a problem running the rpygeo.geoprocessor() function.  For
instance:

rpygeo.geoprocessor("PolygonToLine",
args=list("temp.shp","templ.shp"))

results in the following error:

Error in as.vector(x, "character") :
  cannot coerce type 'S4' to vector of type 'character'

I have been banging my head against this error for some time and cannot
figure out what is going on.

FYI, I am running R 2.8.1, Python 2.5.1, and ArcGIS 9.3
