[R-sig-Geo] Memory problems

Hi,

Please read the posting guide more carefully next time around:

- What is your platform (Windows/Linux)
- What is your version of R
- What where the commands that lead to this error
- Please provide a small piece of code that reproduces the problem (if 
possible ofcourse)

Wtihout this information we could give a wild guess to what happened, 
but no good, specific answer.
