[R-sig-Geo] How to get "Applied Spatial Data Analysis with R"before 9th of August

Thanks for spotting; note that it is under construction, and is not 
planned to be finished long before the book, which may still take a 
while. Also note that each of the figure generating code snippets here 
currently still contains 11 lines of cluttering nonsense having to do 
with producing a book rather than an R plot only.
