[R-sig-Geo] Network K function

Dear list members,
does anyone know of an R package that computes 
the network K function instead of the "normal" planar K function ?

This concept is described in the nice article
"Comparison of planar and network K-functions in traffic
accident analysis", by Yamada and Thill (Journal 
of Transport Geography 12 (2004) 149–158)
