Hisaji, I only know of collocated cokriging; this is a technique that is 
available in package gstat. Not particularly under this name, but if you 
set the neighbourhood size of the secondary variable(s) to the single 
nearest neighbour, then you effectively get collocated cokriging, given 
that this value is collocated with the prediction location.
