Hi, I dont want to get a neighbour list by functions,such as poly2nb,etc. I want to construct a neighbour list by an existing definition. To be more specific, numbers of neighbours of each region, and the neighbour's region ID are already known. How can I realize it? In other words, how can I define a nb object? Thanks.
