[R-sig-Geo] likfit problem in latest geoR and latest R

Hi:

When i run:

mc96<-likfit(mc96,cov.model="gaussian",ini.cov.pars=c(1.1,30000),nugget=0.9,lambda=0,fixed.lambda=TRUE,hessian=TRUE)

in geoR 1.5-4 and R 2.0.1 Patched for Windows, i get the following error:

Error in lazyLoadDBFetch(key, datafile, compressed, envhook) :
                   internal error in decompress1

while if i run exactly the same command with the same data file in geoR 1.4-9 and R 1.9.1 for Windows, the command runs
perfectly well and i obtain good results.

What could be the problem with my updated combination of R and geoR?
