Thank you very much for the codes.  I expect that you or someone
develop someday the function of continuous cartogram using newly
proposed Inoue's methods as shown at

Inoue's PhD dissertation is available at
http://home.csis.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~inoue/research/pdf_files/dthesis.pdf,
unfortunately written in Japanese.
