[R-sig-Geo] Grids clipped with polygon

Dear Roger and Alisa

Thank you very much for your help.  Finally I succeeded to have the
grid I wanted after following Roger's procedure.  The sp package is
very nice and strong!  I should probe more about sp package for my
happy life.

My institute has ArcGIS 8.2 (ArcInfo), but it does not work on my
Linux machine.  Anyway, my trial with ArcInfo on Windows machine had
been also failed with some reason.
