<P><FONT COLOR="#333333" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">UBS Equities Quantitative Research is a leading sell side quant research team which provides services to the clients of UBS in terms of all areas of quantitative research. It specialises in producing academic standard, but practical, research primarily in the areas of risk analysis, portfolio construction and the investment process.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">The team is searching for a research analyst to join the team primarily working on producing written research and presenting this to the team's clients. The analyst would also be involved in carrying out analysis answering requests from clients. The successful candidate would be part of a very strong research team with the consequent opportunity to learn about all areas of the team’s work. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Requirements</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">- Econometric degree, ideally a PhD. </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">- Knowledge of equity data a benefit</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">- Experience with R or similar programming environment would be useful but not necessary</FONT>
