[R-SIG-Finance] CUSIP Data question and a sneak-peak at two packages

Hi Folks,

I have been exploring the development of another package -- this one would
allow R users to acquire CUSIP data directly from CUSIP Global Services
(CGS) however, due to a number of business concerns, I'd like to see if
people actually want to use this package before progressing further with
this project.
