[R-SIG-Finance] install RBloomberg on R 2.14.0

Jaeyoung,
Due to a legal dispute the package formerly known as RBloomberg is now
Rbbg. Additionally, the project has not been hosted at R-forge in
quite some time. Try this:
install.packages("Rbbg", repos = "http://r.findata.org")
