[R-SIG-Finance] RBloomberg and Bloomberg API 3.4.1.3

Hi al,
I'm sorry but there are no errors in blpwrapper files.
I try to set the full path of Java api but the problem persist!
I don't understand how's possible!

I get the old version of API but there isn't the java version...
