[R-SIG-Finance] Quantstrat and blotter packages not available?

R-forge does not currently build 64-bit versions of R packages. You
must download the sources and build them yourself, or install a 32-bit
version of R (installing an older version of R will not help).

It is somewhat impolite to cross post to both R-finance and R-help and
"Also note that this is not the r-help list where general R questions
should go."
