[R-SIG-Finance] Packages/functions for finance day count conventions

Hello again,

The QuantLib's DayCounter functions are available in RQuantLib now. It
supports the
following calendars:

Actual360
Actual360FixEd
ActualActual
ActualBusiness252
OneDayCounter
SimpleDayCounter
Thirty360
