[R-SIG-Finance] getQuotes can it return seconds?

Hello, using getQuote to return stock prices and storing into a 
database.  Running every 60 seconds. 

However, i noticed there are no seconds in the return time string, only 
minutes is the lowest grain.  Does getQuote provide or does yahoo show 
seconds?
