[R-SIG-Finance] R zoo installation

Try right clicking the R icon on your desktop and choose Run As Administrator
and then try it again.  (I realize you are Administrator already but
this will make
sure.)  I assume this happens with all packages and not just zoo.

> NB Ist time around, the zoo installation asked me if I wanted to create a library in my local directory, to which I replied yes. Since then (on 2nd / 3rd 4th attempts after re-boot to be sure)  it has never asked that question again. Which makes me suspect a generic installation issue rather that pure Windows permissions issue.
