[R-sig-Fedora] RJAGS Installation Issues

Thanks Jeroen. Lars uses OBS as well, so he just added Fedora to his
list of repositories. Fedora RPMs are now available at

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/cornell_vrdc/Fedora_20/
