On Fedora 14
$ grep -i pager /usr/lib64/R/etc/Renviron
## Default pager
PAGER=${PAGER-'/usr/bin/less'}

On Fedora 15
$ grep -i pager /usr/lib64/R/etc/Renviron
## Default pager
PAGER=${PAGER-'/bin/more'}

So the change happened in between.
