Klaus,

If U are talking about survival analysis, R are able to do everything
(or almost). Cox models, extended cox models with time dependent
variables, multiple outcomes analysis, competing risks models,
residual ajustments, model ajustments and even fragility models.
Everythig depends on how your data is organized! These stuff are in a
library called "survival".
