Designed for scholars and professionals working with high-dimensional data, this intensive workshop will show you how to navigate the curse of dimensionality using both linear (PCA, MDS) and non-linear (tSNE, UMAP) dimensionality-reduction methods, deploy clustering techniques ranging from k-means and hierarchical clustering to GMM, DBSCAN, spectral, and graph-based approaches, and integrate neural networks and autoencoders to uncover hidden structure in genomics, AI, or time-series research.
