Hi Vesna,

I don’t have a perfect answer, so I waited to see if anyone else would reply with something better.

Since it looks like you’re using an ARM based Mac and having a problem with a DLL and command line tools, I thought this discussion might be helpful for you, even though it’s about the past version of the OS
