[R-sig-eco] Spatio-temporal interactions between species

Dear Colleagues:

I want to analyze the spatial interaction between two species and have
been using the SES-CScore index from the ecospat library. The measure
clearly indicates that both species exclude each other, but I know that
it is really one (the larger one) that displaces the other. I would like
some index that shows this spatial-temporal interaction. That is,
something that would indicate that when one species comes within 100 m
of the other, the latter flees, for example. Or something temporal: if
the large species approaches the other flees 50 minutes later.

Any suggestions for metrics, libraries or functions?

Thanks
