Deal all,

While doing random forest analysis on Rstudio and iMac terminal, I am
getting this error, could you please suggest how I can resolve it and do we
need to rarefy data before doing random forest analysis?

 physeq.DNA.Close_5_Filtered_Classify <- randomForest(response~., data =
rf.data, ntree = 200)
