[R-sig-eco] Diversity analysis

Dear all,

I hope all of you are well with the current situation.

This time I'm writing you to ask for a suggestion. I am very interested
about comparing the diversity and other ecological parameters of five
environments using the Hill numbers.

I have found some packages to do this, however some of these packages lack
information speically regarding to data arrangement.

I would like to know if you would have some suggested package to
perform this analysis with enough supportimng information like books or
tutorials.
