Hello

Thought I’d send this to the ecology list since ecologists tend to get the stats teaching…

I and some others are trying to crowdsource learnr tutorials for teaching biostatistics. Most of us are having to move to online teaching and there’s no point in replicating effort. There’s a document describing what we’re trying to do here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uf_nuxH-3h9BvA5aYn_HE8iJ22KD_huI6yT04hzcDf4/edit?usp=sharing and there is a github repo with some tutorials already loaded here https://github.com/Biostatistics-in-R. If you’d like to get involved in any way please drop me a line.

Best wishes

Rob K
