[R-sig-eco] Fit log-series to species-rank abundance

Dear paulo,
Thanks for shared code on fitting logseries model in rank-abundance plots. I
used this function for the logseries during the anslysis of my
rank-abundance for plankton community, but the returned AIC of model was
-inf with loglikelihood inf. The data successfully performed the radfit
function with log-normal and geometric model. I do not know how to explain
the AIC test, or mistake somewhere? Could you give some help or advise?
