The data (.csv) is not in your working directory. Either set it to reflect
the location of the data set or specify full path.
For instance, if the file is in c:/gis/, you should either:
setwd("c:/gis")
samps <- read.table(...)
or
samps <- read.table("c:/gis/data.csv", ...)
