[R-sig-eco] Do you know how to implement the xPOD Statistics?

Dear friends,

   In 2011 Brown et al. 

Brown, C., Law, R., Illian, J.B., Burslem, D.F.R.P., 2011. Linking ecological processes with spatial and non-spatial patterns in plant communities. J. Ecol. 99, 1402–1414.

   Developed the XPOD statistics as a new second-order summary measure of spatial structure. It proved highly sensitive to the type of ecological interaction being modelled, and is robust to random variation.

   Do you know of any package or published function that implements the XPOD method?
