[R-sig-eco] simple quetion about posthoc in adonis

I saw in some forum some considerations about this topic.
Maybe I propose a brutal (perhaps incorrect?) solution; given more than two groups in a model subjected to permutation in adonis.....and if the global model is significant....
if one contrasts pairwise all possible pair comparisons between groups in a subset containing just those two groups one could use that as a posthoc?

Of course some p-value correction can be applied ex-post using p.adjust().
