[R-sig-eco] slope test

Dear all,

When I read one paper, I am aware of one of the statistical analysis methods that the author taken, the slope test (see the attached figure).Now, I want to conduct the same "slope test" in R, could anyone tell me which package should I use and which function should be approciate?
Any suggesstion will greatly be appreciated.
